Painting and Dreams

"I dream of painting then I painting my dreams. " Van Gogh

Joy asked if we ever wrote a story from a dream.

I don't think I have. I have strange dreams but nothing that relates to my Jane Austen, mermaid, Teddy Bears, Dragons or my Zaya, the elf and her cat stories.

Like Dan Curtis. He dreamed about a woman knocking on a door of a mansion and came up with Dark Shadows and I am glad he did.

My stories come from TV Shows and movies I watch. A stuffed animal or doll I have. Looking at a painting or picture or a quote. Prompts off the internet or here at WDC.Things in my life I put together. I write off other characters and I don't try to sell them. I just write as a hobby anymore. Maybe I can dream up stories someday.
