Touch Me Once More
Touch Me Once More
What love so deep than this I bear?
And yes you're far, so far from here
We're miles apart yet I hold you still
In sleepless nights, I've been wishing you'll come near.
From beneath that forlorn sky
On these golden grains, here I lie
From here I take my constant gaze
To where afar my sight could ever take.
I may be the sea, so calm and still
And you're the sky, too far beyond
I still dream that you'll come down
To touch once more my longing hands. |
