A neat video. WE are want to be OK. Sometimes, our health gets in the way. Life isn't perfect so we pray, go to Church, see a Doctor for Medical news and ask friends for help. WE can't be okay 24-7. It would be nice. If someone has a problem, help them or get them help. Breaking up with someone. It will be okay. You can find someone else later when you are ready. It's okay to break up with someone. It is okay not to be okay for awhile and hurt. It is okay to miss people. It is okay to feel sad. It won't last forever. This song makes you think of better days and you will feel great some days and some days, not so great. It is okay not to smile everyday. Hopefully, not being okay won't last forever. We go forward. Is okay to have an off day and not be okay. When is life perfect? It isn't. It's okay to be sad and feel the world hates you at times. Think of the good times to come when you will be okay. It's okay not to be okay but don't be that way all your life. Look for good things and make it better. You got this.
