John 3: 16

Prompt: What Bible verse or inspirational quote has been most meaningful to you?

John 3: 16: For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have ever lasting life.

I am glad God gave us Jesus, the perfect man and our savior. A baby who grew up to save us all. Our link to God and we do need him. Jesus was God's gift to mankind and we need to believe in him and worship him always. I liked this verse when I was a kid and we had neat Bible books with verses. If we learned our verses, we got a star. This verse always sticks with me. It is a favorite and I do worship Jesus and thank God for him always. With Jesus, we can have everlasting life. I am glad.
