Discerning The Presence Of God

Prompt: How do you discern the presence of God in your life?

I pray for guidance and faith. I remind myself that God is always with me. I pray to strengthen my faith. I guess we just know that God is always with us. We need a reminder when things get rough. I get down and think he is on vacation but a gentle rain, getting good news, my pet cat rubbing against me, a text from a friend. We remember God is still here. As long as we pray and believe, God will take care of things.
