Frustated With Writing
Prompt: Chris asked if we get frustated with writing and how do we express it?
I started to write a story about a mermaid yesterday and couldn't get past the first lines. I deleted it. I sometimes don't know how to answer a blog prompt so I don't do them. I only do 5 Blog entries a week. I was writing a novel about a woman healer in the old west and I got bored and quit writing the story. I hate when I do that. I have to wait until I get an idea and story in my mind then write it down. I can't force it. I let my mind decide for me. I can't write about every subject though I would like to. Some days, I get 3 story ideas and write 3 stories. This doesn't happen often. Maybe the wind will blow my muse back tomorrow.
