Midsummer Days
Prompt: "With a ripple of leaves and a tinkle of streams the full world rolls in rhythm of praise and the winds are one with the clouds and beams-Midsummer Says! Midsummer Days!" Write about this in your Blog entry today.
It is nice to see a ripple of leaves and tinkles of streams. A gentle breeze. This is summer. This is peaceful. The sun shining. Flowers. Birds. Squirrels. Bees. Horses in a pasture. Cows as well. A mother and child or a couple having a picnic by the woods. A rabbit sniffing the air and steals a carrot or two from a garden. Deer in a field. A doe and her twins. THAT is precious. Sitting on a bench with your cat or dog. These are Midsummer Days. Peaceful. A gentle rain. Yes. We have rain. It keeps everything green and growing. A summer day is peaceful and makes you smile. Don't you love summer? I know I do.
