Dear God October 19& 20, 2023
Dear God:

My progress is slow but I am cleaning house as I manage my pain. Knee surgery causes other discomfort as my body aligns. I am getting better as my kneepain is subsiding. I am thankful for that. A few weeks back, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to walk on my own. I am. I thank you for that. I pray I will be better and my sinuses will as well as I take my medicine.

I send out prayers to my family and friends. I pray for the animals. I pray for Israel and Ukraine as well as the eight billion people.

Thanks for listening. In Jesus's precious name, I pray.
