Wild Goose
Written for "EXPRESS IT IN EIGHT " Open in new Window., topic: "wild goose chase".


A wild goose chase is a phrase
That when I think creates a daze.
Who would try and chase that goose
That’s untamed and on the loose?

A wild goose chase is not that way
As I discovered one sunny day.
In the park, that goose you see
I did not chase, it chased me!
