A Poem :: Unseen Fire Burns Bright
They call my spirit touched with flame,
A flicker others choose to tame.
They whisper "crazy" in their doubt,
But I hear anthems ringing out.
For in this wildness, I perceive
The very power to achieve.
The world says "settle," soft and slow,
But in my heart, a fire does glow.
They see the risk, the uphill fight,
I see a world I'll set alight.
Where broken systems start to mend,
And kindness has no bitter end.
Perhaps I'm mad, with dreams so vast,
But faith outshines the doubting cast.
My fire burns, untamed and bright,
And with this spark, I'll change the night.
