About This Author
I am a 40 year old married mother of two teenage boys. I live for writing, especially romance. Love the happily ever after scenerio. The best thing about writing for me is the ability to lose yourself in your work, and feel as if you've accomplished something great. At the end of the day, that's all that really matters.

Suicide Blonde
For what felt like an eternity, I'd been ensnared in a relentless rut. But today, a surge of determination coursed through me, compelling me to break free and venture into uncharted territory.

The ticket, a mysterious object that had somehow found its way into the top drawer of my desk, had me captivated all morning. The only information I could gather was a distant view of the club and its basic details. Fueled by my insatiable curiosity, I decided to use my lunch hour to explore the enigmatic Club Tango.

I admit my insatiable curiosity has led me astray, but for me, it's an addiction, and the only way to feed that beast is to go after the things I want. For the past few months, I played it safe, didn't go out, and didn't make stops on the way home from work. Yet today, that deep-seated need to venture out took hold, and I intended to see this thing through, no matter the cost.

As I pulled into the parking lot, I was surprised to see it almost full, a sign of the club's bustling business at this hour. Stepping inside, I was immediately engulfed by the darkness and the pulsating music that reverberated off the walls, a stark contrast to the outside world.

A woman dressed in a tight black leather bustier and leather boots that reached her mid-thigh stood at the end of the hallway, where other hallways intersected. I had no idea which way I'd be going. I reached into my pocket and handed over the ticket. She looked at it, nodded, and kept her face expressionless.

"This way," she said.

I followed as my heart pounded wildly, not knowing where I was going or what I would find. Doors stood on both sides of the dimly lit hall, separated by a couple of feet, giving the impression that the rooms were small. She led me to the last door on the right, opened it, motioned for me to enter, and then she was gone.

A chair sat in the middle of the room. Multicolored beams from the strobe light bounced off the black walls. Across from the chair was a massive glass panel with abstract pictures floating upward.

"Please take your seat," a voice said over an intercom speaker. I did as I was told, still unsure what would transpire next, but I was here and intended to make the most of it.

Past lovers' faces flashed through my mind, and I considered which one was bold enough to sneak into my office, leave a ticket, and put on a show just for me. I couldn't stop the smile that took over my face, excitement dancing down my spine as thoughts of these lovers naked for my eyes alone took hold.

A bright white light flashed on the other side of the glass, and an upbeat pounding song began to play as the images on the glass started to fade, and I saw two hands take shape on the glass.

The screen began to roll up, revealing black stilettos that led to long legs in fishnet stockings. The screen continued to rise, revealing a purple and black bustier woman. Intrigued, I watched as the reveal continued to a suicide blonde short bob. I stood, unable to remain where I was. I loved blonde hair; you could call it my weakness. She sauntered away from the glass separating us, her hips swaying provocatively.

With a few short steps away, she turned to face me as the bright lights dimmed, plunging her upper body into darkness. I wanted to see her face, to know who this goddess was. She moved to a side wall, tossing her head back and forth, her arms spread at her sides as she slid down the wall.

She toyed with the silky tie that kept her chest hidden from view, yanking on it until it gave way. She twisted that strand around her finger, slid up the wall, and danced across the room to the opposite wall. I was mesmerized, my hands touching the glass, desperate to get closer.

She planted her hands on the wall before her, shaking her bottom, the music growing louder, the bass and her backside in complete unison. She was so sexy, and I was so engrossed in her performance that sweat formed on my brow. Or was it the room temperature?

She pressed herself against the wall, turning toward me and rolling herself into the corner, moving ever closer. The thought of being able to look upon her face, to lock eyes with this blonde beauty, sent heat coursing through me. Now she was on the glass, inching closer, and just as we would make eye contact, she strutted toward the back wall.

"Tease!" I shouted. Frustration of not getting what I wanted took hold.

The song started to fade, the dance was over, and I still couldn't figure out who this woman was.

A bass drum kicked in, pounding like a heartbeat. "Thump, thump. Thump, thump."

She took a step backward for two thumps, moving toward me again. Was this it? Would she finally show herself to me? The anticipation drove away the irritation. One step. Two. Then three. She'd be right before me again in just a few more steps. I could hardly keep my composure, pressing myself against the glass, desperate to know who she was.

She planted her bottom on the glass, leaned forward, and suddenly that suicide blonde hair that I loved fell to the floor in front of her. I stared in disbelief as she walked again toward the back of that room, giving me nothing.

At the back wall, she turned to face me. The lights came on, and there she stood, my wife, giving me the middle finger, and then she disappeared. I stumbled back to the chair and planted myself into it hard.

That woman would never let me forget my indiscretions, and I would be paying that price for a long time to come.

Suicide Blonde
Don't you know what you're doing
You've got a death wish
Suicide blonde
Suicide blonde
Suicide blonde
Suicide blonde
Suicide blonde was the color of her hair
Like a cheap distraction for a new affair
She knew it would finish before it began
Wow baby I think you lost the plan
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
She stripped to the beat but her clothes stay on
White light everywhere but you can't see a thing
Such a squeeze
A mad sad moment
Glory to you
Glory to you
Take me there
Take me there
Got some revelation
Put into your hands
Save you from your misery like rain across the land
Don't you see the color of deception
Turning your world around again
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
You want to make
You want to make
You want to make her suicide blonde
You want to make
Aww
That's the story
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
Love devastation
You want to make her suicide blonde
Love devastation, suicide blonde
