Balance
Balance is important in life as in everything;
Not too much or too little, but just enough.
Related to contentment and mindfulness,
It can be nearly impossible to achieve.
We obsess over things, pig out on our favorites,
Get too emotional or not nearly enough,
Stay up too late or sleep too much.
Examples are easy... Balance is a healthy goal.
