Baby Dragons Trick Er Treating
Three baby dragons wanted to go out Trick Er Treating. Angelique was a girl dragon and her brothers Regal and Apollo were all very close. Mommy Dragon dressed them like a vampire, ghost and a witch. They did look cute. She worried about their safety and flew into the air and stayed out of sight. The baby dragons couldn't fly, yet. They could blow fire for now. The three baby dragons went out for Halloween.
They encountered a witch at the first house they went to. The witch thought she would kidnap the baby dragons and use them for one of her future spells. Witch Hazel invited them into her house and gave them some tea that would make them sleepy. The raven Edgar flew in the house and knocked the tea on the floor. Mother Dragon had asked the raven to do this. The baby dragons were to trusting. Edgar told the baby dragons to leave. Mother dragon burned down the house after her babies left.
The baby dragons were scared.
"What shall we do? Should we go back to the cave?" Angelique asked.
"Mother burned down that witch's house. The witch was going to kidnap us." Regal looked so sad.
Mother Dragon landed. "I was worried about you. Humans and witches and other creatures want to do us harm. Why don't we go home and I will give you some of the treasures that I took from the pirates?"
The baby dragons agreed and decided to follow their mother home. They couldn't wait to fly.
Princess Willow came to the cave flying on Atarath, her pet dragon.
The baby dragons loved Princess Willow.
"I have goodies for you." Princess Willow bought a big bag of chocolate candy, cake, cookies and apples and berries. The baby dragons were happy and ate all the goodies. They got to play with Atarath.
Angelique tried on all the jewelry. She felt like a beautiful, grown up dragon.
At the stroke of midnight, the baby dragons were now able to fly. So, they flew up into the sky and landed in the valley below. The little kids who were still out Trick Er Treating, were happy to see baby dragons all dressed up. The children played games with the baby dragons. Bobbing for apples, throwing Jack O Lanterns, pin the tail on the bat. It was a fun night for the baby dragons after all. Baby dragons and Trick Er Treating? It could happen.
