Thank You
I know it's been an awful while—
I've forgotten all about you,
But I think now's the perfect time
To send a heartfelt "thank you."

You've done so much for me, it's true—
I could never pay it back;
I'll do my best to show my love
And gratitude for that.

I'm writing this in my best hand
Saved for special times,
Tied up with a pretty ribbon,
Mailed to you in rhymes.

So here's to you and your support
As I walk through each day;
I'm glad you've been here all along
With kind and thoughtful ways.

98 words, 16 lines. ABCB rhyme, somewhere between 5-8 syllables each line.

Prompt: A photo of an envelope tied with a pink bow, with the words Thank You written in script.
*BowV* at least 12 lines
*Bowv* no form requirements

Your tip on the Newsfeed to handle this as a Life And Death Situation worked like a charm. Thank you! I wrote more than I needed.
