Zenith
Walking through wildflowers in June
Feeling the warm sun on your face
Peace washes through, a gentle stream.
Dancing alone under full moon
Slowing down to achieve good pace
Tapping ancient forces in dreams.
Solitude soothes tired old bones
Nature's quiet voice speaks clearly
Whispering oaks share untold words.
At some point, you must return home
Strength renewed, no longer weary
Flying uncharted paths of birds.
