Willowinde
Dragon breathes of earth and sky,
Meets the day with wings spread wide.
Glistening in the morning sun—
Rise up to glory, mighty one!
Not here to harm but to do good,
Flying free over shaded woods.
Defending knights and ladies too
From forces dark and witch's brew.
Scales in hues of pine and seafoam,
Emerald hills and mossy stones.
Her name is Willowinde: earth and air
In harmony paint this dragon fair.
12 lines, 73 words.
Prompt: Write about a mythological creature.
