Human Hearts, Secrets, Treasures
Prompt: "The human heart has hidden treasures. In secrets kept, in silence sealed. The thoughts, the hopes, the dreams, the pleasures. Whose charms were broken if revealed." Charlotte Bronte Write about this quote in your Blog entry today.
Our hearts hold a lot of treasures. Good memories. People we loved or have loved. We have our secrets. We sometimes keep silent. Like I had a crush in high school who was a Basketball Player and Track Star but I kept it to myself. At our jobs, we get mad but it is best to keep it to yourself. Thoughts. Hopes. Dreams. They are important. Charms. We charm people, appeal to them and use magical instincts to attract them. We want people to like us. We don't want to hurt anyone. Secrets about bad things someone does, you keep it to yourself. You want to forget and move on. You want others to see your good side and that you are a trusting, good person and if you love God, you want to behave like a Christian.
Sealing valuable thoughts. We are allowed some secrets. Charlotte Bronte. She revealed things in her characters which personally related to her. Don't we all do that? Use our characters to reveal secret thoughts? I know I do. A woman's heart is a an ocean of secrets. Secret loves. Secret hopes and dreams. Hidden treasures. It is our right. Like I always say, it's my story and I am sticking to it.
