Valentines Day
Prompt: Lyn asked us what we do for loved ones on Valentines Day, like bake something, send a card or something.
My husband had his Diabetic meds change so my plans to bake a chocolate cake went out the window. My husband bought home McDonald's Breakfast Sandwiches.
I used to give my husband a Valentine. We used to go out to dinner but it is cold and with my knee replacement and all the snow, I don't feel secure about walking on pavement. We are going to the Eye Doctor Tuesday and he asked if I want to do something after the Eye Doctor Appointment. So, we may go to a store. He buys me Kate Spade purses and jewelry so I don't need any of that stuff.
I have sent Valentines to friends. I have gotten Valentines in return. I used to bake cakes on Valentines Day. I may decide to bake one today after all. I have gotten stuffed animals for Valentines Day. I didn't this year. I love my stuffed Chewbecca I got 5 years ago.
We are getting snow later. I watched my soaps. My Valentines Day. I could watch a romantic movie tonight and this weekend. I have everything a woman could want. I just need perfect health. I am thankful for what I have and I pray to God and thank him for everything good.
