Outlet Activities

I read a prompt about an outlet for writing. When I worked in mental health and attended self defense classes, the instructor asked what outlets we participated in to relax and forget about work. He called on me. I told him I am a writer and has 2 published books and told him about WDC. The class thought that was nice. I think so, too.

I also scrapbook and hope to make friendship bracelets with my cousin. I want to scrapbook my mother's pictures. I need to get my mind on other things. I still write. I do shop and clean house. I need to do some reading.

Outlets. We do need them.
