So this evening I had to go out for a bit, and when I came back, I heard the shower going.
There would, I thought to myself, never be a better time.
I walked as quietly as I could toward the bathroom door, remaining stealthy as I turned the knob. I was hit by a blast of warm, steamy air.
And then I quoted the famous soundtrack from the classic movie, Psycho
WHEET! WHEET! WHEET!...
My wife cut loose a very satisfying scream, and I laughed my fucking ass off.
When we'd both calmed down, she said, "Okay, that was a good one. You know, I was thinking when I got in here, 'My husband's going to come home while I'm in the shower and do the theme from Psycho.'"
I can never say my wife doesn't understand me. |
