I am a 40 year old married mother of two teenage boys. I live for writing, especially romance. Love the happily ever after scenerio. The best thing about writing for me is the ability to lose yourself in your work, and feel as if you've accomplished something great. At the end of the day, that's all that really matters.

Editing, and editing, and ..
Least favorite task? You guessed it, EDITING. I hate it, despise, it and wish I didn't have to do it. I'm not very good at it really. Let's face it, we tend to think our work is perfect just the way it is, until someone else reads it and starts pointing things out.
I've been busy, what with editing two books so that they can go up on the boards in two different houses. Then they will be ripped apart, and I can start over again. YIPPIE .
Now my project was to finish writing . I've had two in depths reviews, and some big problems were pointed out to me. So this means, we are going back to the beginning to clean it up, make some changes, and bring back the missing humor to my hot, hot, hot, hero. Love those Brady men. Just thinking about them gets me excited. I swear I should have made it four brothers, then I could've had them fighting over women and fighting each other. There's a thought. Ah, well, this is book two, so it's a little late to be introducing long lost brothers. Or is it .
So I am off, to read each line at least ten times, make sure it should stay, or hit that lovely delete key. Ain't life grand! |
