About This Author
I am a 40 year old married mother of two teenage boys. I live for writing, especially romance. Love the happily ever after scenerio. The best thing about writing for me is the ability to lose yourself in your work, and feel as if you've accomplished something great. At the end of the day, that's all that really matters.

Every story
...has two sides. Yes, I believe this. What boggles this princess' mind the most is how each person sees something completely different. So who is right? Who read the situation correctly? Both or neither?
If you see someone as spoiled, showing off ~ and someone else thinks that same person is sweet, generous and down to earth ~ which perspective is right? I'd say the person who bothered to take the time to look deeper, to see what lies behind the facade we as people tend to put up and show the outside world.
Even sadder still, the one who attempts to see past the facade, yet can't get past their own insecurites to see the truth.
Sometimes I wonder why I even bother. Then I remember that I always have. It's just who I am.
Here are some great Maxine quotes from over the past few weeks.
Maxine says
You can't judge a book by its cover, but you sure can kill a bloodsuckign mosquito with one!
I finally got that annoying song out of my mind...just in time to hear it on some guy's ringtone.
If there are such things as UFOs, I bet the aliens don't talk on their cell phones while they fly those suckers around.
I'm an optimist...I think most people are half FULL of crap.
Sometimes I like to get the girls together. So I wear a push-up bra.
Nothing makes me feel better than a mud mask. Espeically if the person I give it to doesn't see it coming.
Some people see the glass as half empty. Others just see my teeth in it and freak out.
