*Bullet* Offer letters to Allie and Chris, signed, and payroll system established by Aug. 1st.
*Bullet* Hire a locksmith: I sent email requests for quotes today.
*Bullet* Order exterior signage. I expect quotes tomrrow. Been brainstorming with the artist friend.

I've officially contracted a contractor. Which is very similar to a disease.
