Do You Ask Others For Help?

Prompt: Do you ask others for help or rely on yourself?

I ask others for help when I am out shopping and can't find what I am looking for. I ask my Doctor questions all the time. Other times, I go on the internet and find the answers I need or ask a friend. I ask my husband for help all the time. Friends call and ask me questions about Meds since I work with Meds. I am not adraid to ask for help.
