What Bad Habit Did You Give In Today?
Welcome To Reality Prompt: What bad habit did you give in today?

I ate a peanut and butter and jelly sandwich and cinnamon roll today. Not very good diet food. I was trying to be on a diet. I will just make sure to eat less tonight at supper.

I haven't been able to go shopping because of blizzard conditions and being snowed in. I have a bad habit of spending too much money so when I am home, I eat too much instead.

Bad habits? They are hard to break.
