Inside Voice

Welcome To My Reality Prompt: Is your inside voice your critic or coach?

Actually both. Like when I drive in snow, my inner voice says I can do it. My inner voice will be a critic when I eat too much or get mad about things. It will remind me to clam down. My inner voice reminds me I have few talents but I can write and scrapbook and put them to good use. My inner voice criticizes me when I can't remember if I took a certain pill. I pass Meds for a living, I make sure my patient get their pills. Why can't I do the same for me? My inner voice reminds me I don't have common sense but I have text book sense and I made a high score on my QMA Class and I got an Associate Of Degree from a two year college. My inner voice tries to help me as a coach and lets me know when I am wrong and need to improve.
