Three Types Of Pain
Prompts: There are three types of pain. Physical, Mental and Emotional. Which of the three is most important?
This is a hard one. I have been through physical pain. A total hysterectomy, extensive bowel and hernia surgery pain, aches and pains. Emotional pain is rough. Suffering a broken heart and anguish with people who wronged you. Mental. I work with the mentally ill and they struggle so hard. I feel so sorry for them. No one wants to be in pain, have a heartache, have people hurt you and being mentally ill when you have so much more to do and you want to keep it together. Being mentally ill makes it hard to have a job, have friends and just function. Mental status is the most important. If you keep it together and can handle life's challenges, you will get through the physical and emotional pains so much easier. This is a must. I hope you agree.
