Ranting In Writing

Welcome To My Reality Prompt: Do you ever rant in writing? What pushes your buttons and makes you angry enough to write it down?

My job. I work in mental health and if the staff or patients do something that upsets me and I can't discuss with anyone, I go home and write all about it in my Journal. I won't get in trouble with anyone this way. I feel better after rant about it. Other situations in life that I get mad about, I write it all down in my Journal. If someone reads my Journal, well this person would have gotten into my home and stolen it. My Journal is the best place for me to rant out my negative feelings.
