Thanksgiving Day 2014
My husband and I had a nice Thanksgiving Day. We had turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, dressing, rolls and Oreo Cream Pie. I missed my son and his wife being here but they live in Minnesota {we live in Indiana} now because of his job. He has a PHD and works in Psychology. He is doing the job he wants and is happy. I try to be happy for him.
I watched The Macy's Parade. It is always nice to see Santa Claus at the end and all the balloons. Now, I look forward to watching Christmas specials.
My husband and I went to WalMart but there was no place to park so we went to Kmart. We bought some odds and ends. I bought a Vampire Diaries Calendar and an owl tooth brush holder.
My husband let me Disney's Frozen Elsa and Anna Dolls. I collect dolls and I really love Frozen. I already have a porcelain Elsa on it's way in the mail. These are part of my Birthday and Christmas presents. I have Cinderella dolls and quite a doll collection.
Christmas is next. The stores sure do rush the season. Thanksgiving is over. It will be time to decorate for Christmas. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving.
