Shades Of Gray
Prompt: Lyn asked about "Shades Of Gray." Is it phonography or erotica or romance?

I think it is phonography. I love romance. I love to read it and write it but I don't like graphic details. I try to read the book and said: "Forget it." I won't be watching the movie. This isn't a good impression about sex among teens. I don't approve of this. To much information and skin!

Prompt: Reading old Greek and Roman Literature texts and works up to a century ago versus the present day works. What do you think is helpful to the craft of writing?

Researching old Greek and Roman literature gives us an in site to their views of literature. I am sure it is helpful and Greek mythology stories have come about because of this. Like Xena and Hercules. We learn from other authors who have come along. The Bible has inspired religious writing. I love writing about Celtic women I don't like Romans and I am glad their empire is no longer around. I guess they left words to live by and don't. Like life and writing, we learn as we go.
