Losing Self Control

Prompt: With what do you lose your self control the most: Sweets. food, immature people someone who gets on your last nerve, difficult situations, someone who hurts someone you love?

I do love sweets especially chocolate. I get mad at people. The best thing for me to do when being around people I don't like is to leave the room or if I know ahead of time he or she will be there, I won't be there. I have been known to go off on someone. Sometimes you have to. That person will leave me alone. At my job. My patients lie to me and I know the truth. I tell my Nursing Supervisor and she talks to them, they don't tell that lie again. Some people want to make trouble and sometimes you have to give them what they wanted. I haven't had this problem in a long time and I am glad.
