Imaginary Friend, Beliefs
Blog City: Many of us had imaginary friends as children. If your imaginary friend grew up beside you, what would he or she be like today?
My imaginary friend was Barbie. I was an only child. I dressed Barbie all kind of beautiful outfits. We know Barbie was a Fashion model but was also an astronaut, Airline Stewardess, movie star, rock star, business woman and there are Barbies of her from movies now. Barbie did well for herself. I loved Barbie and still do. I collect them. Barbie and I could do anything together.
I guess I didn't need an imaginary friend. Barbie was there in doll form and she a great friend.
BCOF Prompt: Do your beliefs enhance your life? Yes, no.
My beliefs enhance my life. I believe in God and I try not to do bad things. I try not to lie and try to please God and Jesus. I get mad and yes, I am not a saint. I pray for forgiveness and try to do right.
I believe in angels. I would like to see one. Angels have helped me a few times in my life.
I believe in animal rights and I animal abusers should be punished. I love animals and I tried to save a kitten's life, reunited a kitten with it's mother and do all I can to help an animal who needs me.
I believe in ghosts. I work at a county house and I have had experiences. Just minor ones. The ghosts aren't evil.
What we believe in does affect our lives. How could it not?
