Cassandra
Cassandra was considered strange. Some believed
that she was a witch. She had been raised by gypsies and
now she was an adult. She had a vision that pirates and
zombies were coming to destroy their quiet village.

She lived in a cottage in the woods by herself. She didn't
like people much. She told people about her vision and she
was laughed at and people threw things at her. Let them go.
She stayed in her cottage. She would be safe. She had learned
spells from the gypsies. She pitied the people in town,

The day came when pirates arrived along with the zombies.
People in town were being running scared. Sorry, Cassandra
I didn't believe you really had the power. I only saw you as
a dream weaver.
Cassandra used her hidden powers.

She used her sword and fought the pirates and zombies.
No one in town would help fight. They were such cowards.
There was fire in the sky and Cassandra wanted to save
these people even though they weren't very nice to her.

She used her spells to make the zombies disappear and the
pirates didn't stand a chance with the zombies. Cassandra
didn't save the pirates. They were on their own. It was a
long night and everyone saw Cassandra as a hero now.

She had destroyed the zombies and the pirates left to
go back to the sea. Cassandra got respect now. On
the darkest of night, nobody knew how to fight and we
were caught in our sleep.
Thank you, Cassandra.

Cassandra married the prince who heard how she had
saved the town. They fell in love when he came to call.
Cassandra came to visit and everyone bowed before her.
Cassandra, you are a hero, a Princess and we love you.
