Make The World A Better Place
Prompt: Name 3 things that you are doing or can do to make the world a better place.
I have and still work in health care, taking care of the mentally ill. I have taken care of the elderly and mentally retarded. I feel I have made a difference or tried to make a difference to make their lives better. If I could, I would find a cure for mental illness. I take time to talk to mentally retarded people and help them outside my job.
I have written and published 2 novels and write things here. I hope I have made people smile and they like what I have written. I am tried to be friendly and helpful to others here. They have made me smile and I have made friends here.
Saving animals. I would like to have my own rescue center. My daughter-in-law and I tried to save a kitten by feeding him and took him to the Vet but he died anyway. I make friends with animals and I even talked to a lion at the zoo who was growling and carrying on and he got quiet after I told him he was a beautiful lion and had a good home. I will do what I can to help animals. I baby sit other people's cats and even ferrets when they ask me to. People tell me I should work with animals instead of people. I agree but I would get too emotionally attached.
This is how I hope I made a difference. Thanks.
