Wishes, Prayers, Miracles, Positive Vibes
Prompt: Fivesixer asked if we believe in wishes, prayers, miracles and positive vibes and how do we interact with them in a crisis.

I always have wishes and when a crisis arrives, the first thing I do is pray. God is the highest power. I do believe miracles can happen. Positive vibes? I do have those and sometimes I have had negative vibes and they are scary. Just like before 9-11, our house had burned down four days before Christmas 1999. Not a good way to greet the year 2000. We rebuild and in August I was cleaning house and looking around my new house and thinking life is good after all. We weren't at war and I felt good about things. Two weeks later, 9-11 happened and just when you think life is good, something bad happens. This, too will pass. I know that, too. Good things happen again.

Miracles happen people surviving dangerous events and wishes do come true. Prayers may take time but they work, too. If we don't believe in wishes, prayers, miracles and have no hope, we are screwed. We need these things to have a good life and be happy. There is too much misery in the world. Thank goodness for wishes, prayers, miracles and hopefully, we have more positive vibes then bad.
