The Greatest Romance That's Ever Been Sold
"Was there ever a reason for us to be apart? We kiss like rain and fall into The greatest romance that's ever been sold. Adam and Eve stayed together forever."
Another song I never knew about. I think of ROMEO AND JULIET, TWILIGHT, Rose and Jack of "TITANIC." I thought of Jane Austen's novels and Pride and Prejudice being my favorite. Movies like PRETTY IN PINK, PASSENGERS, my soaps I watch. So I can visualize romance in it's best and most beautiful form. All the Danielle Steel novels I read which have romance and these are the greatest romances ever sold. I will always be a hopeless romantic. Works for me.
We all want the best romance for us personally. I know I do. My marriage is good and I am happy for that. I saw that Prince had this song and Snow wrote a poem about it and I had to add this to my Playlist. It is a beautiful song. Prince was married and divorced twice. He was looking for a great romance. He had his music and I read that some men would rather have their music and romance on the side.
The lyrics are romantic and poetic and touch your heart. As a fan of romance, this will be a favorite song for me. Maybe it will inspire me to write more romances. I appreciate this song. Thank you, Prince again. I love you.
