Promptly Potter Chapter Titles Day 23
Chapter Title: The Lion and the Serpent

Content: The annual Slytherin vs Glytherin Quidditch match is filled with its usual hostilities. The match ends, with a fight between some of the players, culminating in a permanent ban for Harry, Fred and George along with the confiscation of their brooms by Dolores Umbridge.

A lion was growling and carrying on at the zoo.
A woman went up to him and started to talk to him.
"What's the matter, big guy? You're beautiful. You
get fed well and you have a big area to roam around in."

"I love lions. I would like to take you home." The lion
looked at her with his big eyes and laid down beside the
other lion and was quiet. The one zoo keeper told the
woman she must be a special animal whisperer of some kind.

The woman looked at the alligators. Them she didn't care for.
She left on a cruise three days later and the passengers were
all in a panic. A giant squid had it's tentacles around the
ship. Great! A serpent! She had never seen a sea creature.

The woman got out her perfume bottle and leaned over and
sprayed the giant squid. She used her pepper spray and the
the squid released his hold on the ship. A crisis had been
averted. She was out of perfume now but it was worth it.

As she went through life, she was able to talk to animals
but she knew she couldn't have gotten that sea creature to
listen. The lion and the serpent. The lion she talked to.
Serpent. She hoped she never saw one of them again. Never.
