Beating On A Wall

Prompt: "Don't spend time beating on a wall, hoping to transform it into a door." Coco Chanel Write anything you want about this.

I worked in mental health and watch some patients beating their heads against a wall. HOW DID THEY NOT FEEL THAT? I didn't always have patience with their antics. Maybe they were hoping it would turn into a door and be their escape route. Beating on a wall will damage it and your hand. It's not worth it. Pray. Pace. Ask someone who has answers. Eat, love, pray. Beating on a wall is stupid. It won't become a door. It will be shattered and one big bogus mess. Get a punching bag. There will be less pain and more relief. Trust me.
