First Christmas Gift From Husband
Prompt: "On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a partridge in a pear tree." Ley's talk about gift giving. What was the first gift you received from a your spouse, boyfriend or girlfriend for Christmas? What did you give them? If you don't celebrate Christmas, discuss the first gift you received or gave. Was the gift practical or whimsical?
My husband who was my boyfriend back then bought me 3 gifts for our first Christmas. A red velvet purse, a blue plaid blanket and a necklace of some kind. I told him about the purse I wanted at the store along with a necklace. I didn't really think he would buy me the purse but he did. Since my Birthday is 4 days before Christmas, he bought me a ring that said Love with the o being a diamond. I got him a mens comb and brush set, wallet, after shave and a couple of dress shirts.
He always asks me to make him a list and buys me everything I want. I feel special. I do the same for him but men aren't big on gifts.
