2020, 1920
Prompt: 2020. 1920. Do you like living in 2020 or do you wish you had lived in 1920?
I like 2020 because we have the internet, smart phones, more cures for diseases and medicines for them. I don't like the impeachments, drama of politics, all the mass murders, fires and disasters. I wish we would have found a way to establish peace.
1920. Airplanes were being invented. Women started to get freedom. The Roaring 20's they called it. We are still roaring in 2020. I watch Downton Abbey and if I could have been rich like them, 1920 would have been nice. The stock market crash happened and that wasn't so nice. I like the cars, flappers, dress designs and I admire their spirit from this long ago era. Go back a 100 years. Live it for a month and come back to 2020 and I would know for sure which era I would have liked to live in. A hundred years would make a difference.
