Prompt: Do you think a novel influences change in society?

If the novels are about politics and the President, they seem to influence change. Like a few years back when Isis was going on, there were books and people were all nerved up. With the virus thing and books about it, it will make people more aware of it. I like fiction books and religious books. I feel religion is more important then politics and I would rather follow God then politics.

John Grissham and James Patterson write books about espionage, world events and things and I am not impressed with them. Give me a Danielle Steel novel, Jane Austen or any romance, I will be happy. The world can have reality books. Give me a fiction world so I can be happy.
