Lighting A Lamp

Prompt: Jesus said: "No one, after lighting a lamp puts it in a cellar but on a lampstand so that those who enter may have light." Luke 11:33NRSV What do you suppose Jesus meant?

You find Jesus and see the light and you want everyone to know so you show it by your actions. A light won't do you any good if you aren't in the cellar and the light is there. You need the light with you so you can see where you are going. The same with religion. Let your light shine and light your way to Jesus. If you don't have the light to find Jesus, you will fall and go astray.
