Sleepless Child
Prompt: How do you get a sleepless child to go to bed?

Read them a story. Give him or her a warm glass of milk. When was son was 3 years old on Christmas Eve, I laid down with him and Christmas instrumental music on and he would ask me questions about Jesus and his birth. I told him the story of the three shepherds, angels and wise men, the angel and the story of the magi and Jesus' birth. He seemed content and went to sleep. He was happy to get up the next day and enjoyed Christmas. This worked for me.
