I work as a Qualified Medication Assistant in mental health. I am married and have a striped gray cat named Tigger. I will never understand people who abuse animals. I love my cats, and I want to give them a safe and loving and joyful life. Pets are great. They bring so many smiles to our days. I wouldn't want to be without them!

One time we went to an Orioles Baseball Game in Baltimore in April and it snowed. Flurries. It makes it memorable when it does that in April.

Holidays and People

Prompt: Do holidays make you feel more connected to people?

Yes. My father died a few weeks back and my son came home and so did my sister. This was at Thanksgiving time so it is sad. It bought us together. Holidays do bring families together. Holidays make us need each other. Funerals do as well. Thats sad as well.

Other people. We seem full of good cheer on holidays. We do need other people and holidays remind us we love God and Jesus and how God wants us to be connected to each other. This is how I view things.
