I work as a Qualified Medication Assistant in mental health. I am married and have a striped gray cat named Tigger. I will never understand people who abuse animals. I love my cats, and I want to give them a safe and loving and joyful life. Pets are great. They bring so many smiles to our days. I wouldn't want to be without them!

One time we went to an Orioles Baseball Game in Baltimore in April and it snowed. Flurries. It makes it memorable when it does that in April.

What Makes You Happy These Days?

Prompt: What makes you happy these days? Joy asked if we add humor to our writing.

With my father dying and my knee replacement and still healing, I haven't been too happy.

Watching comedy shows and being on WDC helps. I pray. Going to Kate Spade two weeks ago made me happy. I got a new purse and jewelry. Going to put up Christmas decorations will help.

I have written humor in my stories but it has been awhile. I do add funny lines when the notion hits me. Hopefully, I will soon.
