I work as a Qualified Medication Assistant in mental health. I am married and have a striped gray cat named Tigger. I will never understand people who abuse animals. I love my cats, and I want to give them a safe and loving and joyful life. Pets are great. They bring so many smiles to our days. I wouldn't want to be without them!

One time we went to an Orioles Baseball Game in Baltimore in April and it snowed. Flurries. It makes it memorable when it does that in April.

Place That Makes Us Happy

Prompt: Joy asked us to write about a place that makes us happy, feels like home and feel safe.

Lake Michigan. My mother and I and a friend have a picnic there and look at the Lake. I always feel peaceful and happy. I feel like I am somewhere besides Indiana and it is a Paradise. Watching the seagulls and hearing the waves. I love it.

At Church, I get this feeling. I pray for guidance.

Shopping at The Home Goods Store and Kate Spade. You feel at home and peaceful as you forget the world's problems.

My husband and I used to go to a big lake by an amusement park and ride this boat and go all over the lake. Some rich people had fancy homes there and it was nice.

Going to Michigan is nice. The Christmas Store and a nice restaurant where you get the best chicken dinners. My cousin has a nice house in Michigan by the lake. This feels like home.

These places make me happy.
