Prompt: What does the word adventure mean to you?
Adventure. A change of pace. Something out of the ordinary. Like being in Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Twilight and a dinosaur movie or reading about tyem. In reality. Helping my friends find their dog that ran off. Driving down a road with a road with a long slope that was scary driving down. Seeing a strange mist. This roadvand woods is where Al Capone buried dead bodies. Ghostly effect.
Getting lost. Going to an old house you think is spooky. Wishing you could find Big Foot or a mythical sea creature like Nessie or vampires and werewolves. Going to a zoo. Going to a auntrd cemetary.
In reality, I just read books and just write my own adventures. It is nice to dream

I love Taylor Swift's singing and have 4 of her CD's but I love her old music best. She is beautiful and has a voice of an angel.
I love her song Love Story. The video is so neat. The woman in the song and video meets a young handsome man at the Ball. The video is set in Medieval times. Taylor is a Princess. The couple dance. They walk around in the garden and the Princess pets a horse. The couple are falling in love. Taylor refers to the young man as Romeo and herself as Juliet. The video has a happy ending. They don't die. This Romeo and Juliet live and are hugging and kissing in the end. Yes! I love happy endings and fairy tales. Taylor looks beautiful in the gowns she wears. When you watch the video, you think of Cinderella and all the fairy tales you have read. I am a hopeless romantic. It is obvious in the stories I have written.
I watch the video and I think of my husband and I when we were younger. He treats me like a Queen. I have everything I could want. The video is so romantic and I feel like Juliet with a happy ending. So, Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet do get a happy ending.
I do wish Taylor Swift would go back to her old style of music. I listen to her old CD's and feel happy.

Prompt: The past is nowhere I want to go back to. That's the only thing I am running from.
To me, that all depends. There are some people from my past I would never want to see again. Like a couple of ex-boyfriends. There are some bad moments I would never want to go through again. Running from my past? Not really. I wish there was a surgery I didn't have to have. I liked my childhood and Dad was in the Air Force and there were some good times. We lived in Arizona, Maryland, Tennessee, Arkansas and Indiana.
I love the 60's and 70's. I enjoyed the Hippie Thing. I enjoyed being in high school activities. I enjoyed my grandparents farm I stayed at in the summer and the years I lived there. I am not hiding from anyone. I live a quiet life and I wish life was better but we live each day as it comes and pray. I don't need to hide. I cherish the good moments of my past and enjoy the good days I have. I hope the world gets better and can forget the past as well like Covid. Not all pasts are bad.

Prompt: Friday the 13th. Lyn says we are superstitious by nature. Like believing a four leaf clover brings good luck. Some people are afraid to leave the house Friday the 13th.
I am staying home all day. When I worked, the patients were worse when it was a full moon or Friday the 13th. It snowed today. Just an inch. If I see crows on Friday the 13th, Edgar Allan Poe is talking to me. Stores seem crowded or people are rude. People drive like they are crazy. I feel if anything bad will happen, it will be Friday the 13th. Today, just my usual. I hope things will be calm.

Prompt: How do you respond to change? Do you find find changing from 2022 to 2023 confusing?
I have never responded well to change unless it changes my life for the better. Like at work. It wasnt broke, don't fix it. Insurance. Medicare. If things are working fine, don't change it. I only like good changes.
2022 to 2023. A new year. I hope things will be better. I am getting used to putting the date 2023 on my checks and needed documents. I just want good things to happen in 2023.

Prompt: Does music affect your mood? Does it reduce stress or increase it?
Music always puts me in a better mood. When I hear a song that reminds me of a bad romance, I think of what was happy back then and it puts me in a good mood. Music relaxes me. I love Christmas music and it got me in the holiday spirit. Celtic music and Irish music on St. Patrick's Day always makes me smile. Music brings out your positive side and mood. Music even helps me start my day. I love music anytime. It makes life easier.

Prompt: The past is a fascinating place but I wouldn't want to live there. Write about this in your Blog entry today.
If I could live in Jane Austen's time, I would think it is fascinating and love it. I don't want to live when Joan Of Arc did her battles or live on the bad streets of London. I wouldn't mind living like a gypsy or a pirate. I probably would just want a couple of days of that. Living in the Medieval Times as a Royal would be nice but not with Henry the Eighth. Maybe it is better to wonder what if and just read and write stories about the past. Some days, it isn't so nice in this era, either. I will always wonder what if and be fascinated.
My own past. I tey to forget past boyfriends but I loved The 60's and 70s . Hippies, smiles, the music, clothes, The Vietnam War was awful but there were some good aspects of this time. I was fascinated.
