So I think I will start this poetry contest with prompts and there will be 5 to 10 prompts to pick from, please pick only one and the prompt is also to be used somewhere in your poem. You get to choose your own style of poetry, be creative and make me feel some kind of way!  Do not forget the word count behind the title in the item title line, please.  I want everyone to be able to be a part of this contest!  Drop Notes are easy to open and in this forum if you click on all the blue that says = Contest Now Open/Closed, Judges, Prompts, etc... which are drop notes you can find everything in this contest  Contest: ▼    Open for:  Closed: June - September 2023 }Every month, one monthly poetry merit badge will be the prize there must be at least three qualifying entries to win first place so come on in and move me in some kind of way! Judges ▼ Please Read and  Follow ALL the RULES:Rules ▼ Rules:  RULE 1. This contest is open to any member of WDC  RULE 2. There is no entry fee to enter this contest. RULE 3. Must use one prompt in your poem and must be used in your poem somewhere. RULE 4. Please make the prompt you choose to stand out ~ make it bold, use a different color, etc... RULE 5. Must be New and should only be for just this contest  RULE 6. Must be bitem format: {Bitem:XXXXXXX} X'S equal your item number. RULE 7. No editing once the Contest is CLOSED FOR JUDGING. RULE 8. Enter your word count in the item title line after the title. Here are a couple of examples of the word count after title in the item title line: See samples below:
Notice when you open the poems the word count is still behind the title in the item title line and also notice it is bitem format {bitem:828673} and {bitem:1850255} and not entry format!  Rule 9.
