This is going to make things sooo interesting.... http://news.com.com/Create%20an%20e-annoyance,%20go%20to%20jail/2010-1028_3-6022... There are perfectly legitimate reasons to set up a Web site or write something incendiary without telling everyone exactly who you are. In each of those three cases, someone's probably going to be annoyed. That's enough to make the action a crime. If I wanna "talk" about someone I don't want to be accused of harrassing them. This is NUTS!!! |
