I remember that, all the corporate feel good group things, fitness, smoke-enders, etc.  I think this pic is appropriately timed, as we're on the downhill run of the 15 for 15, huffing and puffing our way. I feel for this guy though, he has no one cheering him on, the lone runner, so had to have a purpose.
